What Is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a somatic medium, or a tool, to help us to navigate, negotiate or manipulate the life force energy that exists within us.

Through intentional breathing techniques, we can access deep states of relaxation, emotional release, and enhanced awareness. This ancient practice combines traditional wisdom with modern understanding of how our breath affects our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

During a breathwork session, you'll learn to:
